Slumber Party

This week is our church VBS, and as much as I would love to go on and on about how wonderfully Chris is doing, I have to keep this brief. Chris told me this past weekend, after a snip with Emily, "But she's my BEST FRIEND!".
So I can't keep these kids away from each other.



Since this week is Pandamania! at our church VBS, what's a little more madness, so we added a slumber party in the mix. Honestly, it was Great. The kids had a great time riding home together.



And getting ready for bed together. I don't think Chris has ever been so eager and willing to brush his teeth. But for Ems he will. I'm not saying they're headed for romance, but if there was a Julius/Willman wedding in our future, I'd be pretty happy about it. It would make holidays Easy, and Vacations...and they'd make some stinky cute kids. They already are so stinky cute themselves.



And this morning they woke up in great moods. They had their cocoas together. Chris's flush went swimmingly having Emily to entertain him, and she was entertaining.

Eric and I heard a small bit of chatter last night before bed, but it didn't last more than 10 minutes. But it did make me wonder, I asked him how long should we let Chris have co-ed sleepovers. I didn't wait for an answer before my mind went to the next thing. I am just not ready for him to grow up, it weirds me out, like going to bed before him. And since I know he won't be able to conk out in 10 minutes on sleepovers for very Which made me ask Eric how much older how old should he be until we just let him stay up, and WE go to bed first.

Eric said, well, the first one better stop before the second. :)
